A.J. McKnight (1843-1918) married Martha Ann Wood (1849-1926) in MS in 1863. Martha was the daughter of Thomas L. Wood & Mary Jane Collins. A. J. & Martha were Mormons. They moved to Upshur Co., TX to help build the Mormon Church there. They had 10 children.
