I have two Kerr Bailey's. One signed a marriage bond for the other. Apparently this was when Kerr married Martha.
Kerr Bailey and wife Martha sold 200 a to Nathaniel Peebles of Rowan County, NC on March 5, 1808.
When Kerr Bailey married Tempy Powell, the bondsmen were Kerr Bailey and Ransom Powell. This is when I realized that we have two Kerr Bailey's.
I also have a note that Kerr married a Marie (airy) deJournette. I am totally confused about these Kerr Bailey's.
