Harter, Pittman and Related Families Home Page

We are researching the Harter family back to Andreas,b:1699 down to Mathias, b:1737, and through my great-
grandfather, Christian Harter III. This family has been
traced from Germany to PA, OH, MO, OK, and KS. My
grandmother, Nettie Catherine Harter married Elmer
Lonzo Pittman. We are looking for Harter researchers,
that we can also share and exchange info.

We are also researching the Pittman family. We have the
Pitman/Pittman's back to Richard Pitman, b:1695 and his
two sons, Richard and William. Both of these sons branch
off and come back together in my direct line. We have
lots of Pittman infomation that we are willing to share,
and we're always looking to fill in the blanks, and
expand our tree. Our line takes us through NJ, PA, OH,
IN, KS, and MO.
