Mr. Wiley Pitts, age 81, of Mounds, died Tuesday evening September 30, 1986 in the St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau Mo. He was a retired grocery man having operated and owneda grocery store in Mounds for 36 years before his retirement. He was proceded in death by his wife Violet in February of this year and is survived by his son Charles Pitts of Granite City Illinois, 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren and two brothers, Clarence Pitts of Anna and Rev. George Pitts of Wolf Lake. Funeral services were conducted Saturday, October 4 at 11: AM in the Crain Fueral Home, Mounds. Interment was in the Casper Cemetery. (Anna Illinois- Union Co.)
