Mr. Clarence Pitts of Anna was born on April 11, 1901, in Anna, the son of William and Della Thomas Pitts. He died at 10:45 a.m. saturday, November 10, 1990, at the St. Francis Medical Center at Cape Girardeau, Mo. He married Edith Cooper on December 25, 1925 in Carbondale. Mr. Pitts is survived by his wife, Edith of Anna; one daughter, Juanita Mitchell of Anna; one son, Tom Pitts of Anna; one brother, George Pitts of Wolf Lake; other relatives and many friends. Mr. Pitts was a member of the Pentecostal faith. He was a retired carpenter. Funeral services for Mr. Clarence Pitts were at 1 p.m. MOnday, November 12, at Casper Cemetery, with the Rev. Fred Wilson officiating. Interment was in the Casper Cemetery. Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna was in charge of arrangements.
