Eva Pitts (daughter of William Pitts and Della Thomas) was born April 09, 1897 in Cannon Co. Tennesee (Woodbury), and died February 02, 1976 in Union Co. Il. (Anna). She married Ira Dillow on November 14, 1912 in Union Co. Il., son of William Ira Dillow and Unna Dillow.

Eva Ann Dillow was born April 9, 1897 in Woodbury, Tennessee, the daughter of William and Della Thomas Pitts and passed away Monday, February 2, 1976 in the Styrest Nursing Home in Carbondale at the age of 78 years, 9 months and 24 days. She was a member of the Anna United Methodist Church. Mrs. Dillow was united in marriage to Ira Dillow on November 14, 1912. Mr. Dillow preceded her in death on November 7, 1967. She is survived by two sons, Walter Dillow and Roy Glenn (Rastus) Dillow, both of Anna, 6 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and by four brothers. Cecil and Clarence Pitts, both of Anna, Wiley Pitts of Mounds, Illinois and George Pitts of Wolf Lake, Illinois and by other relatives and friends. Funeral services for Eva Ann Dillow were held Wednesday, February 4, 1976 at 2:00 P.M. in the Crain Funeral Home in Anna with Rev. Waller M. Bartels officiating. Interment was made in the Anna Cemetery. Crain Funeral Home of Anna was in charge of the funeral arrangements.
