Fort Worth Star Telegram Morning Edition April 7, 1953 - Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM in Owens Brumley chapel for Tom Pitts age 86, of 2209 1/2 Chambers. Burial will be in Whites Chapel Memorial Park. Mr. Pitts died Monday morning in a hospital. He lived here for three years and was a retired farmer. Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. E.B. Phillips of Fort Worth and a son, Ova Clarence Pitts of Houston, 3 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren.
