William Brimm, son of Dent Brimm and Emily (Nickname or Middle name) Julia (Spurlock) Brimm was born in Woodbury Tennessee, January 29, 1873 and departed this life March 14, 1957 in the Union County Hospital at the age of 84 years one month 13 days. He was united in marriage to Francis Pitts in the year of 1891. To this Union five children were born. Mr. Brimm had lived at his present home in Union County for the last 56 years. In later years he was baptized in the Pentecostal Church. He is survived by his devoted wife and five children: Ed Brimm of Anna, Sam Brimm of Anna, Jess Brimm of Anna, Mrs. Ruth Hill of Jonesboro and Mrs. Sally Dillow of Jonesboro; Twenty nine grandchildren and Forty two great grandchildren; one brother, Hershel Brimm of Anna and one sister, Mrs. Sue Tucker of Anna as well as a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services were held Sunday, March 17th in the Oneness Pentecostal Church at 2 o'clock, Rev. Bennie Jones, Pastor. Interment was made in the Casper cemetery with Norris and Son in charge of arrangements.
