Funeral services for Mrs. Frank Plotz, 49 who died Tuesday morning at her home in Lenox township after a lingering illness, wiill be conducted at 9:30 AM today at St. Michael;s Catholic church at Norway with the Rev. Wm A. Kunkel officiating.
Burial will be in St. Michael's cemetery.
Casket Bearers all of them members of the Marengo Council Knights of Columbus lodge, will be L.M.Colson, Jos A Petrzelka, J.T.Lohrer, Martin Carey, Raymond H. Simmons and Wm. Crew.
BORN IN AUSTRIA
Mrs. Plotz was born Anna Hiebel daughter of Wencel and Frances Hiebel, at Wihelmstrasse, Austria, on April 7, 1892.At the age of seven years she came with her parents to America and stettled at Homestead,Later they moved to a farm 5 1/2
miles north west of Marengl.
On Oct 12, 1915, shewas united in marriage to Fank Plotz at St Patrick;s church in Marengo.There were born to them nine children, all but one of whom are bereaved by their mother;s passing.
Mrs. Plotz was a member of St. Michael;s church and was affiliated, aslo, with the altar and Rosary society of that church.
Among those who survive ate her husband, Three sons, Lawrence, Martin, Walter, all at home;Five daughtersMrs. Joe LaGrange of Marengo and Lucille, Margaret, Agnes and Theresa at home; one grand son, Robert Lagrange; and ons sister Mrs.
C.L.Miller of Chicago.A son, Edward, died at the age of 3 1/2 years and a sister and brother preceded her in death.
