The Daily News - Obituary March 07 1914 Joseph Wessendorf Respected Resident of West Bergen Dead - Native of Germany West Bergen March 7 - Joseph Wessendorf a highly esteemed resident of West Bergen died at his home at this place at 2 o'clock yesterday afternoon. Mr. Wessendorf was born in Mecklenburg Germany on July 17 1842. Besides his wife he is survived by three sons and three daughters as follows: Frank John Wessendorf all of West Bergen Mrs. Charles Herley of Rochester Mrs. Fred Ivison of South Byron and Mrs. Charles VanSickle of Bergen. The funeral will be at 3 p.m. on Monday from the family home and the burial will be in the Byron Cemetery.
