The Richard Benfield Family

I am researching the family of my maternal grandfather, Richard Benfield. He was born September 26, 1986, in North Carolina. He moved to north Texas in the late 1890s. He later married Jannie Belle Rhea. I know very little about his parents. However, I do know that he had a brother named George. Any information would be appreciated.
