I am researching the POMERENK family, also spelled POMERENKE, POMMERENKE and POMMERENCKE. In particular I am looking for the ancestors of Fred (Fritz) POMMERENKE who was born in Mecklenburg-Schwerin 1830-1840 and came to the U.S before 1870.
