Lanty T. Amstrong Family of Madison, Indiana

I am researching the history of Lanty T. Armstrong and Charity C. Ellis. Lanty Armstrong was born in Madison, Indian in 1829. His parents were William C. Armstrong and Elizabeth Campbell. He died June 30,1888 in Jefferson Co., Indiana.
Charity was born in Jefferson Co., Indiana on 9-26-1842. Her parents were Mordeca N. Ellis and Sarah Ann Brockus.
Lanty and Charity had seven children that lived. I am the descendent of their first son William Clark Armstrong (born 11-6-1858) and Choloe Ellen Briggs (born 7-18-1867) who settled in Custer City, Oklahoma and later moved to Walters, Oklahoma.


William and Choloe Armstrong's two oldest daughters married brothers. Charity Ellen Armstrong married William Henry Crow and Clara Bell Armstrong married Edward Jefferson Crow. I am the granddaughter of Clara Bell Armstrong.
