Here are the most common surnames that I've found so far and am searching for:
PORT: South Dakota, Minnesota (relatives of Edward Port, married Bessie Personette. Helped build the Edina High School. His grandson, Edward J.Port was in 1st graduation class of the new high school. Have some evidence that some of the PORT family came over from Ireland, helped form Muncie, Indiana.

AMACK: Predominately from Kansas (Jewell County), Indiana (Muncie area) and Nebraska (Red Cloud). I have a number of names from the mid 1880's to mid 1930's.

APPLEGATE: Kansas (St. Francis)

STREET: Nebraska, Illinois. Relatives of John STREET and John W. STREET of Bird City.
