I am researching the Porter side of the family. Jacob Porter married Darcus Starr in Belmont Co., Oh. Aug. 15, 1838. We believe he had two brothers at least and their names were Otha and David. I am stuck there so if you have any info from there back it would be appreciated. We also are looking back on the Griffin side and we have a Samuel Griffin married to Nehusta Cadwell. They were married on Oct. 2, 1794. They were from the Mass. or New York area. Any info here would be appreciated. My side of the family is the Hall-Baker side. We have a lot of info on these sides so if you want to contact me we may be related. You never know unless you try.
