| The FELTS' & KENNEDY's (CANADA) are my maternal grandmother's side. I have had little personal information available to pursue this daunting task. Gran was one of the last children born and her siblings married and moved on before she left the family home. Her parents came from Tennessee and her grandparents from Tennessee and Kentucky . They migrated to Arkansas; mostly Sharp, Lawrence and Craighead Counties. Some moved on to Missouri for ashort period of time; then on to Oklahoma before heading to California. My grandmother did not pass on much in the way of oral history and I was too young when we visited in Arkansas to absorb much. When I become obsesses in tracing this family line, most of my relatives had passed away and others, contact had been lost. Any and all corrections and additions are greatly appreciated. I will share all information. My only requst is you do not publish living people, other than their name. Thank you. |
