Porcello and Sbordone Families Home PageUpdated June 6, 2002 | |
| The Porcello and Sbordone families originated in Italy. Most of the information was found through microfilm research at Latter Day Saints Family Centers. The Porcello name was originally spelled Porciello. The oldest verified family record that I have found, is a death certificate dated 1811 for Antonio Del Molina of Pedina, Morfasso, Italy. I have been able to trace my paternal grandmother's line to Antonio! Surnames found on this site with the place of origin: Molina and Casali: Morfasso, Piacenza Franco, DeRitis, D'Apote: Lesina, Foggia Sbordone and Mazzariello: Sant'Angelo a Scala, Avellino Porcello, Porciello and Mogavero: Pietradefusi and Taurasi, Avellino If you have any information on these names, please contact me by email. |
