The Mills and Neel Families of Union County KY

My name is Jean Porter I am searching for descendants of Joseph Mills and Augustus Neel,Neil or O'Neil. I am the oldest daughter of James and Margaret Howard Neil.
My parents lived in Lebanon Il for over 40 yrs., they are both now deceased. My sisters and brother and I are trying to find more information on our fathers descendants.
He was born and spent the early years of his life in Union Town KY. His mothers parents J.B. Mills lived in Union Town for many years I believe.
I also know that my grandmothers family lived in the Smithland KY area and that some of the distant relatives are still in the area.
My great uncle Joseph Mills moved back to Smithland in the late 1970's early 80's and died in Smithland in the 1980's.
My family would greatly appreciate any information we can research are receive.
