| Hi On this homepage you can read a little bit of the history of the Porup Family. Porup is al smal location in the middle of Jutland, Denmark about 20 km. southern Silkeborg. The history begins with Søren (Soren) Jensen who had a tenancy in Porup about 1670. His son Rasmus Sørensen (Sorensen) moved to a small village called Vinding. He often was called Rasmus Sørensen from Porup. And so the story begins.... |
