The Robert Posey Family Home Page
Updated September 6, 2000I am researching the Posey family that moved from Viriginia to Kentucky in the early 1800's and the Ayer family that moved from Tenessee to Kentucky around the same time. The Posey family settled in Henderson county and the Ayer family first settled in the part of Daviess county that later became McClean county. My grandmother, Nannie Ayer, married my grandfather, Ben T Posey, in 1894. Some of my ancestors settled in Louisiana. |
