I am researching the William & Martha Powell family of Union District, South Carolina; circa 1860. Family names include Bobo, Munns, Wilbanks & Willard of South Carolina & Mississippi. Information I have includes the Confederate War Records of Pvt. John Fare Powell/18th SC Inf. & Pvt. William Hill Powell/3rd SC Inf. I am still in need of information as to the familily origin prior to 1860. Suspect areas are South Carolina, North Carolina & Virginia.
