Mrs. Hannah Fullen Bausell, wife of Capt. William T. Bausell died on the 11th at the age of 82 years and 11 days. Her father was Thomas Price and her mother was a daughter of John Bays. At the age of seven years her mother died, and she then made her home with her uncle, John Price, who lived three miles west of Lebanon. In her 19th year she professed faith in the one that saves and united with the Methodist Church and was a consistent member and worker, and in 1868 she joined the Baptist Church, and the choice of her husband. She lived in close communion with her redeemer and her Godly conversation was a benediction to all who came in contact with her, and when at the margin of the last river she gave unmistakable evidence that she was going home. How she will be missed in the community in which she lived, especially by the needy, as no one ever left her door with an empty hand. As a wife, mother, and neighbor, she was as near perfect as it is possible to be in this world. She leaves a husband and five children, three boys and two girls, namely, JW; JC; and CW Bausell, Mrs. Ira Reynolds and Miss Cynthia Bausell, all of whom were at her bedside during her last illness.
