Sarah A. Taylor being by me Aron Lippert Judge of the Probate of the County duly swears, disposes and says that the best of her knowledge and belief the names of the heirs of Samuel Taylor deceased are Juretta C. Drennon who resides in Hickory County and state of MO and P. Taylor who resides in said county that the said Samuel Taylor died without a will that shw will make a perfect inventory all of the estate of the said Samuel Taylor and pat the debts as far as the ass3ets will extand and as count for and pay all assets which come to her possesion and or knowledge

January 29, 1850 - A bond is taken out signed by Sarah Taylor, Sterling B. Miles, James P. Donnell, Joel B. Halbert, and Jesse Driskill.
January 31, 1850 - Sarah swears that Samuel left no will and names his heirs and agrees to make a perfect inventory of the estate and promises to pay all debts as far as the assets will extend. (See above)
April 15, 1850 - Sarah gives to Judge Aron Lippert a complete inventory of Samuel's assets.

March 14, 1850 - Sarah give Judge Lippert complete itemized list of the inventory sale (including names of people& prices paid)
