I am looking for any links to Fleury families from IRELAND, BROOKLYN or other NEW YORK, VT, PA, MASS who may have ancestors related to Robert D Fleury (1832-1875) or stumble upon information that may be connected. It is my understanding we may be related to other northeast Fleury's.
Family lore is that our ancestors came from "upstate" NY. Robert D Fleury and Isabella Stephenson were clearly from Ireland.
Robert D and Isabella Stephenson (Fleury) were from Ireland, and can first be found on the 1870 census. I do not have any information on Robert D Fleury prior to 1870. He died in 1875, but I have found his wife and his children, up through 1930. Isabella (Stephenson) is first found immigrating with her parents and siblings July 1848 on then 1850 census, as a child. Isabella died in 1909.
I am specifically looking for information regarding Robert D Fleury (B-1833 D-1875), where he entered North America, and where hwe was from in Ireland, as well as his siblings and parents names. He eventually settled in Brooklyn NY, but is an enigma prior to 1870. I have no parental or other family information on Robert D. Fleury--but of course am searching for some connections, and answers.
I am also looking for links to Ann M (Maiden surname unknown) (Born approx 1816 +/- D-24 Apr 1880) and James W. Stephenson (18 Aug 1809-10 Jun 1853), Isabella Stephenson Fleury's parents. They immigrated as a family in 5 July 1848 and are mistakenly listed as Stenson. They were both born in Ireland, but I do not know where. I would like to find out Ann's maiden name and teh town of origin for both, as well as information on their siblings and parents. They attended Episcopalian Church in the US, and I suspect they were members of the Church of Ireland.

I have found the whole family on the 1870 census, Isabella and children 1880 Census, Isabella living with her son George on 1900 census. I have also traced Robert J and James H through 1930...
George W Fleury (B-Dec 1871 D-July 30 1903) {My GGgrandfather}
married Joesphine Dawson Heald. I have traced her parents, both from NY Joseph Henry Heald (1842-1882)amd Margaretta`Foster's (1845-?) parents as well as her sister Mary E Heald B 1869. I have located quite a bit of info that goes to the 1600's with the Northrup family. There is still, as always, information I have not found in her ancestry. Please be sure to look at the list of names, in case you find a common link.
I have hit a brick wall, and have been searching for 10 years for these very important keys in researching my Paternal family heritage. Any help, links etc to help me locate parentage of Robert D Fleury would be sincerely appreciated.
