History of the Aniello and Carmella D'Ambrosi Prisco Family

The information and photos contained herein represent some of the history and genealogy of Aniello and Carmella D'Ambrosi Prisco, their descendants, and what little is known of their ancestors. It begins with the story of Aniello "Allie" Prisco and his wife Carmella D'Ambrosi Prisco and their emmigration from Italy to America in 1905. Two grandsons of Allie and Carmella, cousins Al and Sal Prisco, with input from various other members of the Prisco family, have compiled, organized, and authored this information with the goal of recording and preserving this volume for theirs and future generations of the Prisco family and others related. When completed, this volume will be available and editable, copied to rewritable CD and also published to a password protected Prisco Family website for any and all who wish to contribute further and/or help to continue this work.At this time, the information goes back to around the year 1840. Some of the earlier information is vague, and at times the educated guess has been employed to help determine who certain individuals may be. As time goes on and as the research continues, more of the ancestor's lives and times may come into focus. Until then, this volume is what is available. If anyone has other information not recored here that they wish to add, or if someone knows of a lead worth following please do not hesitate to contact Al or Sal. Sal's phone number is 570-491-5805, Al's phone number can be found in the information above. Their contact information is also contained in the "contacts folder" on the CD.
Sincerely,
Al & Sal
