I am currently researching the following surnames:
BATYE, BITTLE, BROWN, CALVIN, CLAYPOOL, CRUMP, JENKINS, JONES, MARCUM, MARTIN, NICHOLS, SAPP, SARGENT, SENOR, WREN.

I have information available for descendents of Peleg CALVIN (1778-1852), William CRUMP (born in England before 1635) and Shadrach WREN (born 1765).

I am particularly interested in information about any BATYE or BATY related to John Lee BATYE (born 1867), James W. BATYE (born abt. 1859 died 12-23-1912) and Charles Anderson BATYE (3-26-1862 to 5-10-1931). These three men were orphaned brothers, raised by three different families in Boone County, Missouri. Their parents may have been John BATY and Etty or Mam Frances MARCUM.

I would also like information on David BITTLE (born abt. 1780 and died abt. 1854 in Jackson County, Missouri near Independence) and Jacob BITTLE (born abt. 1784 and died abt. 1851 also in Jackson County, Missouri).

Any information about William George BROWN born 2-16-1816 in North Carolina and died 5-14-1879 buried in the Mt. Zion Baptist Cemetery in Callaway County Missouri. His wife Mary Jane MARTIN born 10-19-1824 and died 3-17-1900 buried next to her husband.

Also looking for background on Hedgeman JENKINS born abt 1795, his sons Benjamin Franklin JENKINS (born abt. 1816) and Andrew Jackson JENKINS (6-13-1834 to 1-25-1888) were born and lived in Missouri. Andrew is buried in the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Cemetery in Boone County Missouri.

Tyre Martin NICHOLS was born 4-14-1829 in Boone County. He served with Searcy's Sharp Shooters during the Civil War, taken prisoner of war in Louisana and returned home through St. Louis in 1865. Three months later he died on 7-11-1865. I would like to know who his parent were.

I would linke information on the parents of Rebecca Jane SARGENT (1-31-1860 to 10-30-1946), they were probably Gearge and Mary DAVIS-SARGENT.

  Mason was Lela (Batye) Calvin's Uncle and was b.March 13, 1899, d. August 11, 1952 he married Estelle (Sapp)Batye who was b.November 24, 1905 d. October 1983, shown along with a picture of their boys Raymond and Laymond Batye.
