I have recently started looking for my family history.... anything I can find out- the good, the bad, and the ugly! The family secrets, "bones in the "closet" and rebels/scamps in our families give our past the spice that makes life interesting. The Barriers have roots in Germany and possibly France. Charles was born August 16, 1949 Lewis and Mary Reed Barrier (40 KB) Photo taken in early 40's. Mary died in 1945. George Henry and Sarah Wise Barrier (39 KB) Photo taken sometime prio to 1915. Sarah died in 1915. Thomas Reed, Commodore, Sarah, Lewis, Ernest, Mary (52 KB) Photo taken around 1905. Commodore was born in 1900 and Ernest in 1903.
