| I am new to the genealogy business, but I am finding it very exciting. Here are the names I am researching, among others: Boyer, Richards, Kellond, Selfridge, Woodward, Creighton, Hammond, Beard, Lamont, Proctor, Stewart, Collins, Westenberger, Roth, Redding, and many more. Oh, also, Mears. I am interested in the life and death of my grandfather's sister, Annie Boyer. I think she may have married a man named Daniel W. Mears, had one son named John B. Mears, and died in the influenza epidemic of 1918. I am having a lot of trouble with finding out for sure that she died of the flu in 1918, and whether she had just the one child, or maybe some more, maybe that died in the epidemic. I would welcome any input. |
