She was born November 13, 1881 in St. Louis, Mo, and died January 19, 1964 in St. Louis, Mo.

Notes for Michael Joseph Walsh:
It is evident, from the 1920 Census, that on the same street as the Walshes, there were many others who worked for the railroad.

He was the head of the young men's sodality.

Notes for Frances Marie Brogan:
She left school at age 13 to work at Brown Shoe Co. because her father died. Walk to work early in the morning; became proficient enough to make the sample shoes. Originally Frances wanted to be a nun. She was the head of the young women's sodality.

Had cousins by the last of Halprin and Borgel - they lived in S. St. Louis. Borgel was the married name. There were also

Frances had a cousin, Callie, who was a twin, was from Renault, but lived in St. Louis. She must have been related to Louisa Hellenschmidt in someway.

Later in life, she lived with her daughter Mary Fran. When Mary Fran's family moved to Ft. Wayne, In, Frances moved in with Clare and Bob in St. Louis.

Notes for John Patrick Walsh:
In the 1880 Census, Michael, Ellen and John list that their mother was born in Ireland. The other children list her born in Canada. Possible error.

In the 1920 census, John's brother, Richard, was living with them.
