Mr. Milligan has been affiliated with the Waveland Masonic Lodge for more than 50 years. Born July 14, 1897 he was the s/o William and Eva McKinney Milligan. He was marr. to Laura Trisler Aug 25, 1924. Surviving are his wife; a son, Ralph of Greensburg; and Several. nieces and nephews in the Crawfordsville area. Services will be held at 10:30 A.M. Friday in Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home. Bur. will be in Waveland Cem. with a grave side service at 3 P.M. Friday.
