The Racy-Favro Families of Ohio

We have been successful in tracing the Favro family back to the late 1700s in Canada. The last name started as Favareau, then became Favaro, then Favro.
On the Racy side we cannot trace any farther back than Frank Clifford Racy (1889-1947) There is a mystery about his background. He was either orphaned at an early age or left home as a child. We know that his parents came from Scotland.
