I am researching the family of Thomas Langley, born 1753 in Ireland. He served 24 years in the services of his country, 17 in the Fifth Regiment. He came to Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia about 1804. He was a widower with two sons, Thomas Jr. and John. He remarried Rebecca (King) Reynolds and had a second family.
