Christopher Colombus Loggains-Mary Raines 
Christopher was born-------in Walker Co ala. he was the son of Major and Sarah Mullins Loggains
He married in walker co Ala  1866  to Mary Elizabeth Raines
She was the Daughter of Wm Bailey and Elizabeth Kennymore Raines.
their 1st child , Sarah Pricilla Pamela.was born there in 1867
She died of Measles in Boone Co Ark dec 8 1879 .

They left Ala with Marys family and Christophers widowed Mother 
and his siblings in 1868
They stopped in Wayne Co Tenn for a few months. 

There their Son Christopher[Crit]  Was April 1 1869.

down thru generations the story has been told that Christopher "RAN OFF" with the midwife 
after Son  Christophers[Crit] birth. Moved to Texas and no family member ever heard from him again
this appears to be true as i have spent 35 yrs trying to find him  with no results.
