James was born nov 1855 in Walker Co ala to Hiram Raines 
and his 1st wife Phoebe A. ?
he married Charlotte[Lottie] Mooney. in walker co in 1879
Their 1st child 
Lucian HIRAM WAS BORN AUG 1881 IN wALKER CO. 
 they moved to monroe co in 1883 
and there their 2nd child ,Anna B. was born Sept 1884
but moved back to walker co before their 3 rd child,
Ada Pearl was born July 1888 in Walker Co 

By  June 1900 they were back in Monroe co [1900 Monroe Co Census}
 
their last child was born there in 1902, Milly Jane 


Ada Pearl  married Lemogus M. Ramage dec 10 1911 in Monroe Co Miss.



James and Charlotte both  died  in  1927 and are buried in the Keys 
Cem in Itawamba Co. Nettleton  Miss.
