Surnames I am researching are Wanstrath, Schilling, Roberts,Kult, Mathews, Rhoads and Rattay.
The Wanstrath line is pretty well documented to Germany in 1835.
Heinrich (Henry) and his brother Gerhard (Gerd) came from near Oldenburg, Germany to Baltimore to Cinncinatti, Ohio and then bought land near Greensburg. The 80 acre land grant is signed by Press. Andrew Jackson. They helped build the first church at Enochsburg, IN.
The Roberts line ends in Champaign, Illinois with Lewis.
Peter Schilling came from Bavaria to Schuylkill, Penn. He married Eva Meisberger.
All these families are in Indiana, around Greensburg and Corydon
