My research includes the following families:My great grandfather Michael GALLIVAN was born in 1838 in Ballydonohoe, Galey, County Kerry, Ireland to Michael GALLIVAN and Catherine MULLENS. The birth and marriage are recorded in Ballybunion Church Records. Michael GALLIVAN immigrated to St. Paul, Ramsey County Minnesota in 1866 where he married Ellen LYNCH at the St. Paul Cathedral. 1879 -1885 the family moved to Darnen, Stevens County, Minnesota, then returned to St. Paul. John GALVIN, Michael's son worked for the railroad and moved to Montana. John's brother Pat married Anna and moved to Long Island, New York.My great great grandfather Cornelius MURPHY family came from County Cork, Ireland to Upper Michigan in the 1860's. Corneliius married Ellen HARRINGTON and had eight children. They were miners, living in Calumet, Eagle Harbor, Ironwood then to Butte, Montana. Related families are SULLIVAN, HARRINGTON AND STEWART.My ESPINOZA family were ESPINOSA DE LOS MONTEROS in Spain and Mexico. Church records are from Guaymas and Altar, Sonora, Mexico. Ramon ESPINOSA married Maria Elena BEJARANO at the Church of San Fernando in Guaymas. Related Sonora families are MONTIJO, OCHOA, BEJARANO AND ESPINOZA.My great grandfather Jose ESPINOZA and family moved to San Bernandino, California in the early 1900's and then to the San Fernando Valley.My Jimenez family came from Pannindicuaro, Michoacan, Mexico. Related Michoacan families are VIVEROS, ORTEGA and GALLEGOS.
