Elizabeth Smith, age 75, b. about 1775 North Carolins on the 1850 Census of Marshall Co., HH# 619. There was no other people in her HH> She is on the 1860 Census HH#210 P.O. Barksdale..Age 88 f. Born NC. Cannot find her on 1870. Is this the Elizabeth Smith who was the mother of Adam Smith? Henry Smith Married Elizabeth Staley 7-17-1801.

Elizabeth Smith age 104 f. Widow, died 9-14-1878 of old age. She was born about 1774 OH. Parents were ________ & ________ Staley b. PA.

Note says (widow of Henry Smith d. between 1843 - 1850) Marshall County death records.
