ANDREAS KRON AND HIS FAMILY of EAST TENNESSEE

ANDREAS KRON, his wife URSULA DAMUR and his family migrated to Wartburg, Morgan County, Tennessee in 1845 from Town of Chur, Canton of Graubunden, Switzerland. This family lived in Morgan, Roane and Knox Counties, Tennessee during 1845-1900. Now, the descendants of this family have scattered over the U.S.A.

Both he and his wife are buried in oldest section of Wartburg Cemetery, Wartburg, Morgan County,Tennessee.

Family: ANDREAS KRON b 1824; CARL LUDWIG KRON b 1826; ANNA CATHARINA KRON b 1828; URSULA KRON b 1830; ANNA MARIA KRON b 1834; BENEDICT KRON b 1836; GOTTLIEB KRON b 1838; CLARA KRON b 1841. All children except the first and last child have married after the family's migration in 1845.

Allied Families included of this Kron family are: Gschwend, Rothe, Schneider, Pegg, and Still,. There are other families that have married into this KRON family at later date.
