I have always known that my grandfather Rea migrated to America from Ireland. Because of his migration i have been interested in my genealogy. Then Ellisisland.org opened up its website and received 50 million hits in its first day. I had to make a search for him among their logs.

I learned of dna testing to research your family tree and of this site and of the software to help with my research. I just had to combine it with my love of computing. I hope that you will come to see this site and add your story to my family album.
