| I am researching the descendants of Owen Reardon and Katherine Cummings. They lived in Rutland, Vermont and were born in Ireland. They came to America in the 1840's. I am also researching the descendants of Asa Foster Beane and Mary Frances Martin, also of Rutland, Vermont. They were born in America. I believe the Beane or MacBane family came from the Scottish highlands sometime around the Revolutionary War. . I have been told they came from the Scottish Highlands. I have the genealogy of George Martin of Salisbury, Massachusetts. He immigrated a few years after the arrival of the Mayflower. I am willing to share all information that I have gathered.
