He has been active in the Loyal Workers and Sunday school class for several years. He served his community by delivering Meals on Wheels in Alexandria. He was a devoted husband, loving father and grandfather. Gerald was a kind, gentle, patient and long-suffering spiritual giant. He exemplified the love of Christ to all who knew him. "Well done thou good and faithful servant." Wednesday in riley hospital, Indianapolis from Acute Lymphatic Leukemia. The child had received treatment the past year for the rare discase which affects the corpuseles. She had received numerous blood transfusions within the past few weeks but her condition became steadily worse. Her death came just a few hours after admittance to the hospital yesterday morning. Born September 13, 1946 in Alexandria, she was the daughter of Frank and Mary (Weasel) [Sanfilllipo] Sanfilippo. Surviving besides the parents are the maternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. George Weasel, rural route 3, Alexandria and the paternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. [Colosial] Calogero Sanfilippo of buffalo, N.Y. the body was brought to the Davis and Stricler funeral home last evening where it will remain pending funeral arrangements.

Wednesday in riley hospital, Indianapolis from Acute Lymphatic Leukemia. The child had received treatment the past year for the rare discase which affects the corpuseles. She had received numerous blood transfusions within the past few weeks but her condition became steadily worse. Her death came just a few hours after admittance to the hospital yesterday morning. Born September 13, 1946 in Alexandria, she was the daughter of Frank and Mary (Weasel) [Sanfilllipo] Sanfilippo. Surviving besides the parents are the maternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. George Weasel, rural route 3, Alexandria and the paternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. [Colosial] Calogero Sanfilippo of buffalo, N.Y. the body was brought to the Davis and Stricler funeral home last evening where it will remain pending funeral arrangements.

71. "Anderson Herald Bulletin - 3/20/1976," Herald Bulletin dated Monday 4/21/03, Charles K. Weasel Sr., 83, former Alexandria resident, died 4/20/03 at Ball Memorial Hospital. He was a veteran who served his country in the U.S. Navy during WWII. He retired from GM after 40 years of employment. Survivors include a daughter, Linda M. (Ken) eldridge; Son, Charles K. (Cathy) Weasel Jr; two brothers Robert (Edith) Weasel of Alexandria and George (Lois) Weasel; sister Mary (Earl) Scruggs of Anderson; four grandchildren, two great grand children and several nieces and nephews. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11am Wednesday at St. Lawrence Catholic church officiated by the Rev Dennis Goth. Family visitation will be private.
