I am searching for ancestors of my family, and any of their lines that are listed, down to this day. My grandparents were Ernest John Wyatt and Matilda Barlow. E.J. born Aug. 1, 1866 in West Ham, Essex, England, Matilda born Sept. 29,1864, in Bethnal Green, Middlesex, London, England. I have Matilda's Parents & Grandparents, sister's and brother's names, dates and the names of their children and some of the dates. I need your help to go further back in history to my GREAT GREAT Grandparents, James (BORN Oct.9, 1795 in Theberton, Suffolk, England and Mary (Fairweather) WYATT. I need dates and James' siblings. I think James's parents were John Wyatt and Elizabeth Elmer. I have several if not all of the names of my GREAT grandparents children but I need EXACT dates of birth, death, marriage, and where. Henry was born approx. 1822 in Leiston, Suffolk, England. Harriett Paxman, was born approx. 1821 in Chediston, Suffolk. I have some of their children's names, approx. dates these names were from the 1851 and 1881 Census, children Listed were Charles Arthur, b-abt. 1843, in Leiston, Georgina, b-abt. 1846, in Leiston,(she married Thomas Kerslake) Henry James b-abt.1847 in Leiston, Clara b-abt.1849, Edward b-abt. 1851 in Leiston. Harry b-abt.1857 in Leiston, (married Deberah & had son William Henry b-abt. 1880), Herbert b-abt. 1861,in Leiston, Hebeth b-abt. 1863 in Leiston, and grandfather, Ernest John Wyatt. He married Matilda Barlow in Middlesex, London in Aug. 7, 1886. They immigrated to Canda in 1903. Matilda was a school teacher in the Bethnal Green School, Middlesex,England and so very interesting to listen to. She used to grill me on English history and told a few stories of England. One thing she was very certain on is that my Dad's family are decendants of Sir Thomas Wyatt. Now, I have been told, "oh yes, everyone thinks they are." but Matilda was very clear on this point. I was 15 years old when both my grandparents passed away and I did not take notes, nor did I look much into this when my father or his siblings were alive. Now that I am in my late 60's, I have been doing a lot of searching. Every avenue available. I do not have the funds to send to Suffolk Record offices or Parishes to get the information on the birth dates or marriage date for most. I did send for the marriage certificate for Henry & Harriett WYATT. Very exciting. I have learned much but I can not go further back in my family until I get more information of Henry's dates and names and dates for his parents, etc. I would be ever so greatful for any information given and will gladly share what I have to anyone who believes this is a part of their family, as well as mine.
