William Redding and family are noted as having arrived at the port of Philadelphia on 27 August 1818. They departed Liverpool on 21 March 1818, arrived at Cork, Ireland on 24 Jul 1818 and arrived in Philadelphia on 27 Aug 1818. They arrived on the vessel "Superior".
Have no proof of the above, it is information passed down--not definite.
