The Betty Ogletree Reese Family Home Page

I am descended from Thomas OGLETREE, Sr. who was born in 1750 probably in Hanover, VA. His father, whose name I believe was Thomas (Ochiltree) Ogletree, came to America from Scotland in 1720 - 1730 with his brother John. Apparently, their name was changed to Ogletree during the passage to America. I am looking for information about the Scottish ancestors of the (Ochiltree ) Ogletree brothers. I find John listed as the fifth grandson of Lord Ochiltree II of Scotland but I have found nothing about his brother.Please contact me with any information you have.
