I have been searching for my husbands family first as my grandmother did a wonderful job on our family treeHis family included Reeves; Lindsey; Hensley; Wasson. They settled in Decatur, Moulton, Hartselle, Alabama.Morgan & Lawrence Counties in North Alabama. Also in my family line are the Hodges and Speakes which settled in the same area. My Dad's family are the Murrah's. They are from Georgia mainly around Atlanta. My grandmother was a Hanson whose file I am trying to get information on at this time.
