Eliza Cordell Reed was born 1814 in Leesburg, Loudoun County, Virginia to Alexander & Dianna Willson Cordell. She moved with her family to Muskingum Co., Ohio in 1828, and to Shelby Co., Ohio in about 1835. She was married to Harrison Reed in 1839. They lived in Montgomery Co., Ohio in 1840, and had moved to Littleton, Schuyler Co., Illinois in 1845, and Greenwood Twp., Franklin Co., Kansas in 1865. This picture was taken in about 1880.
