I am working on researching and writing down the history of my family and my husband's family to present to my children when they are older. My goals are to record in one place the current living relatives and to research the direct ancestors of my children. I am very interested in researching the ethnic background of my children. I look forward to finding the direct ancestors for the Cherokee, Irish, and German roots my family speaks about. I also look forward to tracing the Polish and Ukranian roots in my husband's family. This is a work in progress and I am just beginning.
