He married (1) Polly Leland. She was born 1786 in Vermont, and died August 07, 1823 in Royalton Twp, Niagra Co., New York. He married (2) Betsey Unknown. She was born 1788 in Connecticut, and died 1879.

      Cyrus Tripp served in the military in1812 in Niagara Co., New York. He participated in the War of 1812. He appeared on the census in 1830 in Royalton, New York; Niagra Co., Family/page No. 374 --Cyrus Tripp: 2 Males 10-15 years of age (Cyrus D. and Norman N.), 1 male 20-30 years of age(Elmon), 1 male 40-50 Years of age(Cyrus himself), 2 females 10-15 yrs old, and 1 female 50-60 yrs old (Betsey). He died on 22 Apr 1866 in Richfield Center, Ohio -- Lucas Co.[John-Peleg.FTW]

Bock: He fought in War of 1812 while living in New York Randall names wife as
Mary. He married second Betsey......, who died March 1, 1869, but with Cyrus.
They moved to Richfield, Lucas County Ohio about 1847. (Randall, Peleg Tripp
2-3,6; Robert Tripp (43149, who gives birth date as March 20, 1785; IGI,DOB
as 26).

New Haven Vermont after 1788. He was a Congregationalist. He was a Sargeant
in the American Revolutionary War. He died of cancer of the nose.
