| I will just give a short list of associated names I am searching. (The Reinert Side)Reinert, Bender, Lamm, Hiester, Hatfield, Geiger, Romich, Romig, Sassaman, Hoffert, Clark, and Kudo. (The Hollenbaugh side)Hollenbaugh, Hollenbach, Butler, Jack, Schwartz, Bahme, Felmlee, Perry, Bush, Remaley, Broscious, Haas, Wise, Hepner, Dojan, Gackin, Scroble(Skrabulis) Bos, and Streng, Huyett, Lee. (The Davies Side) Davies, Davis, Wildermuth, Epler, Dunkle, Dunckle, Yoder, and Morgan. For the most part, the Reinert's are all in Berks and Montgomery Counties in Southeastern PA. The Hollenbach's(baugh's) started out in Berks but spread to Venango, Jefferson, Clarion, Armstrong and West Virginia. The Davies and Davis' have been mostly Chester, Lancaster and Berks County, with one branch in Maryland, not far from Lancaster. Lineage is strongly German, with a spattering of Welsh, Irish, and Swiss. This journey I have started has given me immense respect and adoration of "those" that came before me. I have only been seriously researching for about 4 years, and the information spread before me is mind-boggling and very distinct! The labor of these wonderous beings were REAL, not imagined. They exsisted, they colored our gene pool and history with Gamblers, Drunks, Hawkers, Priests, Politicians, Weavers, Inventors, Tavern Owners, General's, Quaker's, Carpenter's, Engineers, Bank Robber's, Farmers and the whole spectrum of Human ingenuity and yes, even crime. But look at the fruit they bore........ US! "only fool's forget history. Those few wise enough, study it intently, and milk it for all it's willing to give." |
