Descendants of Christian Remick Who Settled on Cape Cod, MA

Generation No. 1

1. ABRAHAM2 REMICK (CHRISTIAN1) was born June 09, 1667 in Kittery, York, Maine, and died Abt. 1705 in Eastham, Massachusetts (prob). He married ELIZABETH FREEMAN Abt. 1693 in Eastham, Massachusetts (prob), daughter of SAMUEL FREEMAN and MERCY SOUTHWORTH.

Notes for ABRAHAM REMICK:
Abraham was probably a mariner and was lost at sea (there is no record of any settlement of his estate in Barnstable Probate Records). He served in the Expedition to Canada in the autumn of 1690 as a member of Capt. John Gorham's company.
A copy of an Indian deed is preserved whereby certain Indians at Monomoy, in Barnstable County, conveyed land to Mr. Samuel Smith of Eastham, 19 Aug 1693; it contains the signature of Abraham Remick as one of the witnesses.
